Unable to remove Garmin Duo HR device

Need to remove Garmin Duo HR device and use the built in HR wrist functinality but unable to and it keep pairing via ANT+ if in range.

I have read all the proposed web solutions but they do not work for me. There is no cog and delete option on my Garmin Connect or on Garmin.Com site and I cannot find out how to

delete from watch. Please can someone advise. I hope that Garmin has provided some way of eleting an unwanted sensor.

Thanks for suggestions. Ended up speaking with Garmin chat as unable to get to setings screen. The guy was very helpful and I disconnected HR strap from Garmin succesfully using my watch.

Then able to undertake interesting comparisons between HR on Garmin Watch and Garmin Duo chest strap. They were very similar on a long hike (Watch lags chest strap a bit) but watch diverged (under-read) quite a bit when jogging.
