Garmin connect doesn't show heart rate while connected to HRM pro plus

Hello,

I just baught the HRM pro plus and paired it to Garmin Connect Android app.

When HRM pro plus is connected to Garmin connect, heart rate is not displayed in real time on the Garmin Connect app. Is it normal or not???
