Software HRM-PRO Plus is 0

Hello,

I have a problem with the software of the HRM-PRO Plus belt.

Garmin Connect shows the software as 0 (Picture below).

I checked this because I often have problems with running dynamics.

Do other users also have this problem with the firmware version?

Or is it a mobile app problem?
