Software HRM-PRO Plus is 0

Hello,

I have a problem with the software of the HRM-PRO Plus belt.

Garmin Connect shows the software as 0 (Picture below).

I checked this because I often have problems with running dynamics.

Do other users also have this problem with the firmware version?

Or is it a mobile app problem?

Hi.

When i open Garmin Connect Web under the picture when opening the workout is 8.80

Could this be a mobile app bug only?

Yes, confirming.

I have the same with a HRM Pro.
But it is only in the app. If you check on the watch (settings - sensors), the correct firmware version 8.80 is shown, like in the web portal.

No, that seems to be another problem.

The issue bugajalan and I experience, is just that when you open Garmin Connect app and go to „devices“, the firmware version for HRM Pro (+) is shown „0“.
When I do go for a run, in the recorded activity, the used HRM Pro is correctly shown, including correct firmware version 8.80!

Weird, but not really a problem.
