Vo2Max keeps dropping the more I train

The more I train, the more my Vo2Max is dropping. 
does this has anything to do with the intensity of training?

I thought training should help me improve… but it dropping the more I train. Could anyone help me? 

  • As I see, you do mostly intensive training, and it is result.
    You should change your workouts, some base, low intensity trainings, some intervals and of corse intensive workouts to.
    Maybe you will try daily suggestions, thay should lead you to have proper balanced workouts and at the end your VO2Max should go up.

    thanks for the respond. 
    I actually do the daily suggestions but even then Vo2Max keeps dropping. (For example the 24mins run in 7:30/km pace)

    I think my BPM is just really high? Even though I dont feel exhausted or anything? I can run much faster then this. 

    to also respond what I use:

    * Garmin Epix gen 2

    * HRM-pro on the chest

    • device type —> Garmin Epix Gen 2
    • max hr set to auto detect yes/no —> yes
    • how is the setup for the heart rate zones

    • did you also setup hr zones for other sports —> no :/ 
    • using a hrm-pro(plus) ? check sensor settings —> what do you mean with check sensor settings?

    Based on pictures you shared I assume your HR zones are set based on Lactate Treshold, how it was estimated? DId you does Lactate treshold test using your watch or it was estimated during your workouts?
    FOr run you presentd what was Trening effect result? How this traihing was categorised by Garmin?

    indeed, it was a lactate treshold test while using my watch and the HRM-Pro on chest (is needed to do this). Training effect from training above see picture below (but it is in dutch)
