Last day I went for a long ski mountaineering activity, at mid activity my 735XT started to show low battery alert but it made it to the end of activity, but then, while saving the activity, the watch turned off. I got back home and started charging the watch, once it turned on again, I discovered that the activity was not saved, and all the other past activities and watch configurations were gone. I've connected the watch to my laptop to see if there were any activity files in it, but nothing, it was empty.
Now, during the activity I was wearing the HRM-Pro watch, and I know it can save 18h of HR data. But by reading the manuals it seems that the only way to download the data is by selecting the activity you want to download data for directly from the watch, which is not possible for me. Are there any other way to download the data?
I also have the .fit file from a friend who was with me during the whole activity and recorded it for him self, I was planning to update that activity HR data with mine.
