HRM-Dual connects to iphone but does not show any data?

It has been working before but does not seem to work now? i have changed the battery and tried that pole switch mentioned in the forum. 

Any ideas? I thougt i shoud try the app but its not possible to fins HRM-Dual there, is it to old or something?

  • As far as I know, just like every other Garmin device, also the HRM Pro needs to be connected via Garmin Connect App.

    It won’t work just by connecting it to the phone. If you have problems, delete it from the known BT devices in the phone settings, then open Garmin Connect App and connect it as new device.

  • But i have had it connected like that before so something has happened. 

    And, HRM-dual is not present at the garmin connect app so i dont know how to connect it there? What am i missing?

    Oh, I am sorry. I did confuse the HRM Dual with the HRM Pro. The Pro you can connect with the app. Dual cannot be connected with the Connect app, just with the watch or maybe other sports apps.

    Just ignore, what I wrote above. I am sorry and have no idea what could be the problem.
