HRM-Pro not connecting to GC app

Hi all,

Since several months now, my strap is never connecting to the GC app (it does via ANT+ to my Edge and Epix2), so if I am wearing it alone for a workout (without the Edge or Epix) there is no HR date showing later on GC.

I have tried many times to remove the strap from Garmin and add it back, and it works fine in that first connection, but after that, any new connection drops and it shows as “not connected”. Removing it again and add it back, starts working but again, only first connection.

Chacking the Bluetooth setting in the iPhone shows the HRM-Pro as not connected and appears a new HRP-Pro on found new devices to add. This is getting me crazy!!!

Any solution??
