Forerunner 245 + Cadanssensor 2

Why can't I see my cadanssensor live results on my iPhone in the Connect App? I am working on a Spinning bike and would like to see how many rpm a minute I make so that I can go as fast as I need.

I believe you can only view the cadence on the watch. It’s not possible to connect the sensor to the phone and use it to view the output AFAIK.

Thank for your reply. Isn't it strange that I should be able to see the cadence on my watch and not in the app? The app is displaying the data from my watch?
