I use HRM Pro with FR745 . After every run the data from the chest strap seems only partly sent to the watch as the heart rate data seems a bit low resolution isch. When I choose to download heart rate data manually after the workout, the data is much more accurate. Training effect usually change a lot after that. If I’m doing hill repeat sprints it will typically not show any anaerobic effect until I download heart rate data and then I will get high number of anaerobic training effect.
I guess that the strap loses connection to the watch now and then during the run and therefore I get bad data. Also, I have never got any max pulse detection (even though I have run max pulse test intervals several times) and rarely threshold detections.
Someone with the same experience?
