HRM Pro drops mid-run

About a month ago, I got a HRM Pro and use it every time I run to capture run dynamics and HR from the chest strap.  Most runs, the HRM will stay connected and show stats on my watch for the full run; when it syncs with Connect, it shows all data for the entire duration of the run.

However, several times, I'll start a run with the HRM connected and a couple miles into my run the watch will stop receiving data from the HRM. During these runs, I'll check the sensors and accessories menu and it will show my HRM as connected. Trying to disconnect and reconnect usually does not resolve the problem, it'll show it is connected, but won't send the watch data.  After the run is over and the watch syncs with connect, where the watch loses connection, the data from the HMR stops as well.  (Even downloading the HRM data does not bring data like the running metrics into the run.)   

Since it's happened several time and the batter is okay, I don't know how to troubleshoot.  Any idea? Like I mentioned, it does work fully for some runs. 

  • I would suspect the HRM Pro battery: either a low voltage or an intermittent connection. The HRM Pro will say that the battery is OK even when it is almost dead flat; at least that was true with the firmware/hardware from a year ago.

  • I have the exact same problem, using Pro Plus I bought a month ago, and Epix 2... I started 2 km warmup, and then had 2 minutes rest, and after the rest, there was no data from the HRM, but it was connected

У меня на часах отсечка пульса включена в режиме Бег - так показатели бега выпадают, а ЧСС нет) С июля пробежал с этим поясом несколько сотен километров. Буквально вчера поменял батарею на 20%.
