Watch downloaded stored (wrong) data from Garmin HRM Pro although I was not wearing it - Fenix 6 Pro

Hi all,

I had my Garmin HRM Pro sensor stored in my backpack during a hike. After saving activity that gave me a realistic Recovery training effect (2.0; 0.0), I was not prompted if I wanted to download data from the strap, but the wach (Fenix 6 Pro) did so automatically.

As always, data from HR Sensor not being worn is completely off, (ranging between 155 and 230 bpm).

The incorrect data is reflected in my daily health stats, and seems to have affected Body Battery with a big drop as well.

Any way to recover the data recorded from the watch worn on the wrist? I have read earlier that this cannot be done to have an effect on daily health stats, but maybe only for the activity?

Thanks!
