Fenix 5 Plus - HRM Swim

Hi All,

I have a Fenix 5 plus and just sourced a HRM Swim - does anyone know if these are actually compatible?

I am aware how to pair a new device and I am aware the HRM swim records the data in the strap - but how does one make sure the strap is recording and or get the data to the watch after the pool workout?

The F5 and HRM-Swim are compatible. If the strap is paired and connected to the watch before starting the workout, then after a pool swim the watch will ask you if you want to download HR data from the strap.

amazing thanks so much - I sourced one HRM Swim and it simply would not pair I am hoping the new one will pair and then I can start obtaining data :-)
