was not working for me: TrainingPeaks showed Average watts correct, but lap Watts was zero...
and sorry..thats just a workaround and for not techic geeks almost impossible
=> fix: implement a enable/disable…
The fenix 7 series has Native Running Power (ie: does not require the Garmin Labs CIQ datafield to calculate Running Power). You will need to disable Native Running Power (not sure if it is even possible…
i have to add: on garmin connect i have 2 running power values..but on training peaks and any other training platform the "native" garmin running power from HRM PRO is used and not the second one from stryd. So i think i have to either disable HRM PRO running power, or i need help on how to downgrade the HRM PRO firmware ...
I use the HRM Pro and stryd as well and can see only the stryd-based power data from the IQ data field.

What device do you have the HRM-Pro paired with?
I don't think the HRM-Pro calculates Running Power and just provides the necessary data to the host device that calculates it.

Феникс 7X S. After updating the HRM-Pro sensor, it shows its own power
FR945LTE for me. HRM Pro Firmware on 8.80
The fenix 7 series has Native Running Power (ie: does not require the Garmin Labs CIQ datafield to calculate Running Power). You will need to disable Native Running Power (not sure if it is even possible) on your fenix 7X if you only want to see the Stryd data.
If it is not possible to disable Native Running Power a potential work around (from a post in the Forunner 955 forum) is to change the connection type for the HRM-Pro from ANT+ to BLE.
Unless it was added in a recent firmware update the Forerunner 945 LTE does not have Native Running Power which is why you only see the Stryd data.
The HRM-Pro does not calculate Running Power. It just provides the necessary data for compatible watches to calculate.
Hey, same problem here. Did you manage to solve it?
