HRM pro not showing up on phone or watch, tried changing battery still no luck

My HRM pro isn't showing up on my phone or watch.

I've changed the battery and still nothing.

Can anyone help?

I have the same issue after my HRM Pro to 8.80 firmware. I've changed the battery to no avail. I'm trying to troubleshoot further. I'll update if I find something.
