HRM-Dual - losing signal

I’ve been having issues recently where the HR is fine to start with then keeps losing connection to my Apple Watch. Just wondering if anyone can help? I haven’t updated the firmware, if that’s even possible?

Have you changed the battery?

I’d figured the battery was ok because it connects ok the 1st time but will try that thanks.

Send the unit back, I have got two of these so-called devices, and they worked fine to start with but both are having huge issues with cutting out on any device - iPhone, Windows Pc, Ipad, and Garmin 810 the HRM Dual are rubbish went out, and bought 2 Wahoos and run mint

I'm leaning towards your thinking 4831458. I'm having various issues with mine in between the 12-24 month period of ownership. Not worth the hassle trying to figure out the problems after doing all the basic stuff like battery, cleaning ect. My old Garmin ANT+ hard strap still worked when pulling it out of the bottom drawer after a two year hiatus. Very disappointed with this product.
