Hrm pro plus

The standalone HRM-Pro plus does not process any Body Battery or Sleep data. You need a watch supporting those feature, for that.

As for syncing the sleep data among devices - you have to have Physio TrueUp enabled on all of them, and syncing all devices prior and after each activity (or sleep). See more details at What is Physio TrueUp? | Garmin Customer Support

It means that after sync HRM pro plus with the watch, I can remove the watch from the arm and use during the night only the hrm proplus?

This could be absolutely great for me that I'm not use to sleep with a watch on!

HRM-Pro does not process the sleep data, so you would not get any sleep analysis. Besides that, the HRM-Pro will provide data to the watch only when you are recording an activity, or when you are actively viewing the heart rate widget on the watch (which times out after a few minutes). 

You could start an activity for the whole night, while keeping the watch nearby, but I am not quite sure whether it would work for the sleep analysis. Try it, and let us know. I am afraid that having the activity running will not allow starting the sleep mode.

I don't have yet the HRM pro plus.. Tomorrow I'll try to chat with garmin to know if there is a possiblity o maybe a future update. Could be much better wearing the HRMproplus than a watch all night long.

No. I think no news about It!! Even in redit I Ve found the same conclusion.
