Hrm pro won't connect with Garmin connect app

My hrm pro was connected fine to my connect app up until a few days ago then it stopped working. So I unconnected them.

Now when trying to reconnect the app can't find the HRM pro . The Bluetooth isn't showing up.

Is there anything I can try?

Check list of Bluetooth known devices on the phone and delete HRM-Pro from it.
When you do this try to pair it again on Garmin Connect.

It's not showing up on my phone's list of Bluetooth devices. That's the problem
