Which running accessories display accurate pace?

I have a Fenix 5x and for short running intervals the pace is crap and not reliable.

Which accessory that has a built in GPS and works with Fenix 5x displays an instant and accurate pace?

I have the Hrm Pro but has nothing to do with the pace.

A simple footpod should do the job, although it doesn't have GPS (and doesn't need it).

The Running Dynamics Pod attaches to your waist, so it cannot measure how fast your feet are moving (or actually accelerating/decelerating). That means it doesn't do much for instant pace accuracy.…

Can anyone recommend a good footpod? Would running dynamics pod from Garmin do the job?

The Running Dynamics Pod attaches to your waist, so it cannot measure how fast your feet are moving (or actually accelerating/decelerating). That means it doesn't do much for instant pace accuracy. I own one and use it constantly, and my experience confirms that.

Thanks for your help, Bitti! I almost ordered one. Don't know which foot pod to buy that connects to my Fenix 5x and displays the pace accurate in real time on my watch. Please help :).

pretty much any Bluetooth or Ant+ footpod should work. I use an Adidas Speedcell I bought off of E-Bay.
