Hello everybody. Hope your training is going well.
I wear both an HRM Pro and a Garmin Forerunner 245 watch when jogging.
According to Connect, the watch is the preferred activity tracker. But as there is no other option offered (ie, no option to switch to HRM Pro), I’m thinking that HRM Pro relays my heart rate data to the watch and it’s then relayed to Connect.
Does anyone know if this is correct please?
