HRM Pro stuck on firmware 7.4

Hi,

I'm using HRM Pro with Instinct 2. As mentioned in the title - after a month of usage still running same 7.4 firmware. I have disabled auto-updates in the watch since I'm manually installing beta builds. Does this affect updating the accessories, too? Any way I can force the update or make a manual one?

EDIT: I paired HRM pro directly to GCM and updated it. Does having HRM pro paired both to watch and phone have any downsides/benefits?

I've had my HRM-PRO for 18 months, paired with multiple fenix watches, PC and tablet for Zwift, and GCM on my phone. This has not resulted in any adverse effects and I would not expect it to. Firmware updates have occurred automatically when available.

Firmware updates can be from the watch or GCM.

Thanks, I did update from GCM :) good to know - I'll keep it paired both to the watch and GCM for convenience :)
