HMR does not go to sleep

Hello

After I use the HMR band and take it off, it does not go to sleep, making the battery life very short

I have tried cleaning the band, removing the sensor from the band, tapping the sensor a bit once off, but still stays awake.

Any ideas how to solve this issue ?

Thanks !

  • It does not go to sleep immediately. Usually takes a few minutes of absolute immobility. Hang it up. Leave it alone. Check back after 5 minutes.

  • Thanks, I know it takes a few minutes.

But my HRM sensor does not go no sleep ever, it stays active until the battery runs out.... That is the problem.

  • dredge,
Yes, I have had 2 straps that have done this, the straps a hopeless, my current one which is 3 months old started playing up again, shop offering replacement or refund, am trying to find out if there is an actual solution to the problem before getting a replacement. Havent had much luck with the Wahoo Tickr either, pretty poorly built, breaks easily.
