HRM pro ANT+ broken? Bluetooth connections works fine. Connection only either Bluetooth OR ANT+?

so I got the HRM pro. Unfortunately there seems to be something wrong with the ANT+ connection to the watch.

First, connection to Garmin Connect with bluetooth works fine - always, no problems there.

Pairing the HRM pro with the watch initially worked well. Then it started to loose connection und could not be found anymore. All this while the bluetooth connection to Garmin Connect still workes fine.

Restarting the watch solves the problem but only for a short time. Once the connection is lost it is gone and can only be found again after a restart of the watch. Again, bluetooth to the phone to Garmin Connect no problem.

Then, after another restart of the watch and successfull connection to the watch I started the HRV Stress app. Pressed Start and it told me that I need a HR - band. So I checked again the connection to the watch that was there before starting the HRV Stress App just to find that it has lost ANT+ connection. Bluetooth to the phone and Garmin Connect still there and no problem.

Wetting the HRM pro cannot be the problem because 1. I made sure it is wet and 2. bluetooth connection to Garmin Connect would not work (HRM pro is only ON and transmits when worn with established contact to your wet skin).

That cannot be normal. Is the HRM pro broken or is it the Fenix 6?
