I made to runs: from the first one it was obviously close to reality (based on RPC while I use power with stryd for running and a lot of powermeters for cycling.
1 run - first part was almost ok for the first 18 minutes (correlation with RPC/HR/pace) but afterwards - total mess (linc to my effort https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/8231625635)
2 run - here is my run of today - with the hardest efford at the end - last eight minutes with HR at 180 (my maximum is 186) and RPC - 9 out of 10 (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/8252446374)
What I'm doing wrong? Is there any way to get reliable data close to reality?
