I need advice, I use fr245 hrm strap Pro and it was very accurate, on training I had good data and planned to run halfmarathon 1:36,but when race started heart rate immediately raised up to 90% of my hrm which is very high 207 and my age 37,but it is normal for me. As I was running heart was around 190 all the time and I just pushed back, because I was afraid to run faster and risk of not finishing race. But during all that time i didn't have any feeling of lactate, my treshold is around 184. I finished race 1:42:30which was disappointing, andy avg hr 188,all the time in 5th hr zone. I thought I did something wrong with my recovery, but usually on that pace my heart is in 3rd zone even on a long runs. When I put water on strap I had residues of body milk on my hand. Is it possible that data was inaccurate because of it?
