Connecting to Arduino with Bluetooth

I have a an old Garmin VivoFit 3 that I'd like to use for an arduino project. Is there a way to connect to it with Arduino with bluetooth and pull back some of the data? Maybe like heart rate, stress, steps etc.

What are you trying to do? Is it live data you want or saved activity data?

Have you asked in the Arduinio community? Just a brief look suggests there might be some people there looking at Bluetooth.
