Garmin HRM PRO CONNECTION PROBLEM

Hi,

I recently bought HRM Pro and connected with my fenix 5 plus successfully but during the activity (Running),it’s automatically getting disconnected and the. Connected again or sometime not getting connected.what should I do?

Are you following the instructions before using it? In particular thoroughly wetting it before putting it on. I soak mine in warm water before each use and rarely have problems.

If the problem persists contact Garmin Support or your retailer.

Many thanks for the response, already followed the instructions. I reset the watch and updated the software and now ok.
