Real-Time HR with Garmin chest strap

Which Garmin HRM chest straps can transmit HR real-time so you can see your HR while you run?

I saw a chart here: https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/p/682155#additional

that seems to say that only the HRM-Dual and HRM-Pro can transmit real-time HR, but that just doesn't seem to make sense to me so I wanted to be sure.

I have a forerunner 245 if that matters at all.

Only the HRM-Dual and HRM-Pro can transmit real time HR over a Bluetooth connection. All of them can transmit real time HR over an ANT+ connection.

Any of them should work with you Forerunner 245.
