I noticed that in order for connect to use the data from the chest strap the HRM sensor on the watch must be disabled, resulting at losing oximeter, sleep, body battery and stress metrics, or not wear the watch at all. I also noticed that the chest strap in question cannot track sleep, body battery or stress. My proposal / question to Garmin is: Is it possible to track those metrics via a future firmware upstate of the strap and secondly is it possible to add an option to Garmin connect to use the strap as the preferred activity tracker? Thanks in advance, George Ch.
