HRM Pro: problem on store and forward

Hello.

I havea Fenix 6 and today I used for first time HRM Pro.

I paired my watch with the strap, I start Strength Activity and I put out the watch from my arm.

I  began the workout and at the end when I stopped and saved the activity I noticed that they are gaps on the heart rate.

These gaps are the moments that i was running outside, and I wasnt close to my watch (not within 3 meters).

I read that there others that have the same issue.

Also, when I connect HRM Pro to Garmin Connect, the sync fails.

Is there any solution? Should I try remove and put back the battery?

  • That solved the issue for me only partially, unfortunately.

    I can download the data at the end of a session, but the activity on the watch always shows no HR data, so the calories consumption and the training metrics are *** up...
    Strangely enough, the HR data are correctly visible on the phone/web app
