Heart Rate Monitor

I have a Fenix 3 without the HR on it. I currently use a chest strap to measure HR but I am looking for a Heart Rate monitor for my wrist that I can wear instead of my chest strap. I don’t need anything fancy just the HR option and it to be able to connect with my watch. Is there something out there that will do this? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

There's the Scosche Rhythm, but it's worn on the arm, not the wrist.
