lactate threshold not recording on HRM run

Has anyone had this issue where HRM Run is working but not giving Lactate threshold info 

Have new battery installed and worked once since i did this

    Are you sure it's not working? You won't get a notification unless lactate threshold actually changes. Most activities it will stay the same. The HRM doesn't actually calculate lactate threshold itself; it just transmits data to your wearable device which does the calculation.

    LT HR is not coming from the strap but from the watch itself. It will also work with optical HR.

    Open the run app, push the up button (regarding of your watch up or long) to get into the app menu and choose training. There you can select the LT HR test. Try it to get a value. I think it should at least show it to you, even if it is unchanged to your existing value.

    I'm sure its not working 

    It always gave a reading when I did interval work 

    Battery died... I replaced it.... worked for next run and not since which is weeks ago

     defo comes from my strap never if I only wear watch
