HRM Run with iPhone

Hi,
Can I use HRM Run using only an iPhone 11, and Garmin Connect?

I don't own any Garmin watch

Isn’t the HRM Run using Ant+, so I don’t think it will work with an a IPhone...(or you have to buy an ant+ dongle for your iPhone). I think you need a hr strap with bt connection for an easy connection with your Iphone.
