Garmin cadence 2

Application:

- indoor bike trainer on Wahoo kickr

- platform: iphone 11 (Ios13)

- Virtual apps: Fulgaz, Kinomap etc

Problem:

Can someone please advise why the Garmin cadence sensor 2 is detected by these apps (ie. detects and connects), however they cannot see the cadence data or revolutions?

The same problem occurs on all these apps.

My Garmin Forerunner can however see the cadence data.

Is there a bluetooth device limit on the iphone 11 similar to that of apple TV (eg https://support.fulgaz.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004671192-The-Apple-TV-2-device-limit-means-I-can-t-see-cadence-or-heart-rate- )?

What else do you have connected?
