Software Updates for HRM-TRI or Running Pod?

Hi! Was wondering, pretty new to the Garmin ecosystem. I have a Garmin Fenix 6 pro Solar, Scale, a couple bike accessories and the HRM-TRI and Running pod. So the HRM-TRI or the running pod ever get software updates? I have gotten updates for the watch, scale, some bike accessories, and I do have a ANT+ USB plug connected to a machine with Garmin Express, but just wondering is this actually a thing, or should I not worry about it ever?

Both the HRM-Tri and the RD pod received software updates, but those were quite a long time ago. If you bought them recently, then there's a good chance they're running the latest firmware.
