Forerunner 310XT - HR sensor is not detected

Forerunner® 310XT - The heart rate is not showing up. I replaced the old strap with a new one and still it doesnt show up. When I try pair it with the sensor in restart scan it doesnt show the signal that says 'HR sensor detected' what to do?

The original sensor.

could it be the battery?

Sure. That's the first thing to check.

I replaced the strap, the battery.

I also reset the it and still the heart rate is not showing up.

What else could it be?
