Npe Runn loses connectivity

I’ve been using the npe Runn for a few months paired to my 945 on a standard treadmill workout. I connect via ant+ with no issue and then throughout the workout I lose connectivity- the timing is sporadic but today I lost it 4 times in 45 minutes. The only way to re establish the connection is to turn my 945 on and off again. Nothing I do to the Runn, including turning any+ on/off has any affect  

i factory reset watch today with hopes it will fix things but while I wait for my next workout wondering if anybody has experienced anything similar. 

  • I have similar issues from time to time. Usually, doing a reset on the runn helps. But this morning it was nothing but problems. Odd thing is that the runn stays connected to Zwift just fine (also ANT+), while constantly losing connection to Garmin 245.
