Forerunner 920xt running dynamics not working

The running dynamics (cadence, stride length, vertical ratio ground contact, etc...) on my 920xt suddenly stopped working. At first I thought it might be the hrm strap, so I replaced the battery and that had no effect. Then I tried resetting the watch back to factory settings and that had no effect.

Has anybody else had this happen with the 920xt or is there something else I can try to get the running dynamics to work?

Happened to me with a 920XT connected to an HRM-Run. You might also try removing the sensor from the watch, then pairing again. In my case that still didn't work. I submitted a support case to Garmin. They ended up replacing it at no cost to me.

Thanks for the info. I tried re-pairing the hrm to the watch and it still didn't work. It sounds like I need to reach out to Garmin tech support on this one.

If you're under the year warranty period, should be an easy process.
