Hi,
I have a Garmin HRM (Garmin Premium Heart Rate Monitor) paired to vivoactive3. For some reason, under the sensor/HR tab on the watch, I can't see Battery level of the HRM at all, is this the common feature?

Fatih,
were you wearing the HRM at that time ?
am not familiar with the vivoa3, but there should be a notice OK or GOOD in the sensor status

Hi,
Yes I was wearing it. It transmits the HR and I can see it says connected. But under battery info, it doesn’t show anything but a “-“
Cheers,
Fatih
ok, so there is a marker
not even when waiting a bit longer ?
start an activity and have a look in the sensor status while active

Even when I check after 30 to 45 mins into the exercise, it is still a “-“.
sorry, my knowledge is at it's end
you could call Garmin Support and ask them or search the Garmin FAQ

Faith... same is happening to me. Mine is paired with an edge 1030. I want to mention that the cadence and speed sensors paired in the same time are showing the battery level. Did you find a solution? Thanks!
Unfortuantely no, I gave up on that already.
Fatih, thank you! I am keep digging. If i find something, I will post here. But in my opinion it's a heart reate monitor limitation.
IMO, this question is better asked in a vivoactive 3 forum. The Garmin HRM does transmit battery level, but how each device displays the HRM battery level might be different.
