Garmin Fenix 3 HR & Edge 820 (vigorous) intensity minutes are missing.

Dear All,

I use a Garmin Fenix 3 HR and a Garmin Edge 820. For the Edge I also use an external heart rate sensor. 

Unfortunately I have a lot of issues with the intensity minutes:

  1. With running I do get intensity minutes, however I don't get the vigorous minutes, even if I am in Zone 4 most of the time;
  2. For cycling I don't get any intensity minutes at all, even with the external heart rate sensor;
  3. Same for swimming, although, I don't use a heart rate sensor, so this might be the reason. 

Can anyone help me with this issue?
