I had a problem with my left crank arm on the bike. It was always loose, even when tightened, where it fits on the right crank, it got loose and is spinning wrong. I need to buy a new crank arm, where can I buy one?

Sorry for the delayed answer but I just got around to looking at this. It is the same spline as the Shimano LH crank arm, BUT the plastic housing of the bike interferes with the inside of the Shimano arm…
I’ve got the same problem
we're machines
I don't have a direct answer, but I will be pulling mine off to replace the BB bearings in a couple of days. I have a spare Shimano LH crank arm that I will check to see if it fits. It might be too wide and Tacx probably made a unique spline, but it's worth a check since I will have it apart anyway.
Same problem on mine. Asked about the thunk in the crank travel and was told “the engineers want it, ship back your bike”. Okay…
Assume you loosened the pinch bolt and then tightened the preload bolt before tightening the pinch bolt again? Have you tried degreasing the interface and tightening it up again?
Maybe this helps you with the loose left crank-arm: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jmwDTjJR3V0
Hello Sven1294
did the shimano crankarm fit the neobike
Sorry for the delayed answer but I just got around to looking at this. It is the same spline as the Shimano LH crank arm, BUT the plastic housing of the bike interferes with the inside of the Shimano arm and rubs. If you are willing to remove the plastic cover or cut the plastic away around the spindle then I think it would work. I chose not to do that and will continue to use the Neo's LH arm for now.
Thanks Sven

This is interesting I had left crank leave the party , splines are fine I'm waiting for a kit . It got me thinking about left crank options , left power meter crank would be nice .
It's good to know the splines work so if I have future issues I stand a chance
