Crank arms feel loose

Brand new neo smart bike .
ceank arms feel loose and seem to be knocking . Very annoying .

how do I tighten hem . My pedals feel tight

I've had the same problem, it seems to be the left crank. Today I used a 5mm Allen wrench and tightened the bolt that secures the left crank to the spindle. That improved it a lot for me, much smoother…

Your crank arm is lose if you have the arm with 3 holes at the end

A few people myself included with same issue. I see nothing has changed with garmin then and they just keep pumping them out..

Had same on brand new box fresh (box with picture was still in the shipping box) Tacx Neo Bike Plus I just assembled

Now that there's no play in the cranks still trying to work out why the cranks seem to "fall behind" and clunk when you re-engage power unless you pedal really evenly.

That improved it a lot for me, much smoother now. I have to say that while I've been happy with the design of my smart bike, I haven't been pleased with the quality of the assembly. Definitely a lack of quality control in the factory.
