My pedals do not seem to engage the wheel anymore. The app and the dashboard provide a rating on RPM but 0 watt being pushed. It feels similar to what would happen in case of a chain break for a normal bike. Has anybody seen this before?

greywombat - It sounds like your belt may have broken. Have you contacted Garmin Support about this? Where are you located?
Hi Patrick. Belt was fine. It seems to be a problem with the wheel axis or bearings. I have contacted Garmin and UPS picked up the bike yesterday. I hope they can either fix or replace relatively quickly...as we are getting into a new confinement and the bike is rather useful in that context!

Hi Patrick. My bike has been dead for three weeks and gone back to Garmin for two. I have no news from anybody. I have emailed service and am not getting any answer. This is pretty poor for a piece of kit in excess of €2500. This is seriously driving me to move all my kit to Wahoo or other vendors. There is a serious issue with Tacx after sale services and I suggest someone fixes it. Covid is not an excuse. It is the reality we all live with...

My bike just had this issue today. This is my third bike smart and I will need to ask for a refund. The first came broken, the second had a grinding sound and the flywheel seized up, and this third one now has the free wheel.
I really wanted to like this bike, but I only give products three tries.
greywombat, I broke my belt this Friday after 5 months of usage. Do you receive any news from Garmin support ?
Still waiting a respond form SAV regarding my issue, hope I will receive a new belt and nothing else than a defective belt is in cause.
I'm experiencing exactly the same issue since 4 days ago. I wrote to Garmin yesterday and waiting for an answer.
Contacted garmin/tacx support, they send me a new bike frame and honestly pretty good experience, sent the broken one a Monday, the Thursday same week I receive the replacement.
