Garmin TACX training app “graphQL error”

Am I the only ine with this problem?

On OS are you running the app ?  I run it on an iphone...works marevelous... I tried the Windows vresion and did not like it...maybe just to play the videos

I am running it on ipad, everything is up ti date, the software on the smart bike as well. It did work at first but now I get that error. And the error itself doesn’t specify anything, just says “graphql” error. 
I did everything possible: all updates, reinstalling apps..  cannot get rid of it. I believe it may have something to do with the video database connection.. 

I did half of the Douro ride. And it worked fine. Two days later I wanted to do it again, and it gave the error when I pressed the ‘start’ button (blue arrow). 
I have no idea what the cause is. 

Hummm, that is very strange indeed. I rarely use th videos , I do mostly workouts. But one time I had an issue and I was able to contact TACX by reporting th problem through the IPHONE APP STORE. You can write a review there and they reply. Also use the app support button on the App Store. That was how I reported my issue.
