I bought my Neotacx Smart Bike in Switzerland in 2020. It worked fine for a year. Then I moved to Singapore. It worked fine for another 3 months and then the handlebar console just died. First there was no connection between gears and the pedals, and then the display also went blank.
Now I have a bike that switches on, but does not do what it is supposed to do.
The local service provider KHcycle says they cant fix it. They can replace the whole handlebar set (for however much that costs. The vendor in Switzerland (Bikester) umm and ahhed and then said it was too late to claim a refund.
I havent touched it since 2022. It cost 3000 euro. If theres any way to salvage any part of this - outside of just scrapping it, id be keen to hear from Garmin!
