Hello, I am a developer at WhiizU. When using the WhiizU software on Windows 10, I can connect to the Tacx Neo Bike Plus via Bluetooth without any issues. However, on Windows 11, WhiizU can read power and cadence data but fails to transmit route gradient information to the Tacx Neo Bike Plus.
Device firmware version: 5.2
On the dashboard, I observe the following:

The Bluetooth icon in the top-left corner keeps flashing.

The training mode icon does not disappear and remains at 0.0%.
Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?
