Can't tell what the problem is, the level is in the way. Can you post a few more pics without the level and with the handlebar?
My first though was loosen the bolt in the picture and try again. When you get the handlebar in place, tighten the bolt and the handlebar lifts up an lock to the track.
The bolt is fully loose. More pictures to show how far the handle bars will go on before getting stuck and more clear pictures
Darn it, I see it now in the third pic.
When my bike arrived, the fans were broken. I called support and they sent out replacement right away.
Garmin support are now changing the bike, good customer service just a shame it had a problem in the first place.
Seems like shipping damage. Mine had a similar bend in the seat rail. I fixed it with a hammer.
