Hello Garmin. 

After the warning for the neo bike plus I am very excited to know, what further notice will be. And when. 

Hope we will get an answer soon! And of course a new external power supply, too. Bike costs 3,5 grand. That's not funny.

Discontinue Use of the External Power Supply

1. Disconnect the external power supply from the trainer and the wall outlet.
2. Do not use the external power supply until further notice.

    I am still on 4.62.4 with the iOS Tacx Trainings App and no Update available, where did you got 4.63 ? 

    so no more disconnects during downhill ?

    I'm using the Windows app. 

    May be because of this another version and the problems before 

    Yesterday's ride was 2nd without disconnects during downhill.

    It seems, like they fixed it.

    I am so glad and thankful about that.

    I paid 4000 USD in Taiwan to buy Tacx neo bike plus trainer 2.5 months ago in October. Taiwan Garmin told me recently that they cannot deliver what I bought to me because the transformer of the trainer cannot pass EU certification. The process would be last at least one year long. Obviously they were lying. Because in this forum, the problem was discussed 5 months ago in July. I think the problem is still unresolved now in December, but Garmin continues their selling the products word-wide under the risk of  harming their consumers including me. This is a serious issue and illegal, please contact me via Taiwan Garmin sales department in Taiwan Xizhi. My email is [email removed for privacy]. Hope to hear from you soon.

    Hi, just found this forum today while researching know issues ahead of making a purchase, "Caveat Emptor". It seems all is now resolved for previous owners, so if I make a new purchase of tacx neo bike plus from Garmin as of today, (in Ireland if it matters), will the new trainer bike ship with the updated power supply etc. or will I have to go through ordering a replacement once it arrives? Thanks.

    Hi  - NEO Bike Plus trainers purchased new from Garmin have been updated and do not require a replacement power supply.

    Hi Patrick,

    Are there any updates on when the NEO Bike Plus will be available for purchase again in the USA? I’ve called Garmin sales and they were not able to provide any information. I’ve also signed up for email notifications on product availability, but have not yet seen any updates, which makes me unclear whether to wait for Garmin or choose a different brand.
