Good afternoon! Tacx alpine doesn't work with rouvy? When I connect my Tacx m3 to Rouvy, I can't connect Tacx alpine separately. It only flashes the connection to Tacx m3, but it doesn't connect to the Rouvy app at all. What should I do?

Hello 9889473, thanks for your post.
Alpine pairs directly to your compatible Tacx smart trainer (NEO 3M) and will match the grade set by your training application (Rouvy, MyWhoosh). Any training platform that supports grade simulation on a smart trainer will also support grade simulation with Alpine.
If you have not, pair your Alpine with the Tacx Training App for important setup and pairing information following the setup video here: Tacx® Alpine | Getting Started | Garmin Support
Once your Alpine is paired to and setup with your Tacx NEO 3M, you should only need to pair the NEO 3M with Rouvy or other training apps - the Alpine's gradient simulation comes from the NEO 3M rather than the training application directly.
If the steps above do not allow you to pair, please reply with your consent for Garmin to reach out via your account email address so that we can collect more info.
DC Rainmaker mentions in his Alpine review some Rouvy users are experiencing issues with gradient simulation (Tacx Alpine Gradient Simulator In-Depth Review - DC Rainmaker). You may consider reaching out to Rouvy support for their suggestions.
Thanks for the added info, may I reach out to you via email to collect more details?
Your Alpine has 3 status LEDs, all flashing LEDs indicate the Alpine is searching for a connection or needs calibration. Check out: Alpine Manual - Status LEDs and Buttons
