As above. Any way to roll back to pre 2.6.0?
Thanks.

yes, write to the Garmin Support directly and they will tell you the way how to downgrade manually the firmware via Tacx Training app (probably they will provide you the old firmware file also)
When i updated to 2.7.0 on mine, i was/am using Rouvy and have not noticed any issues.
The issue with huge cadence spikes has been mostly resolved by the 2.7 update but not completely. Cadence jumps about when power drops from high to about 100 watts. I think a further update is required
I requested a firmware downgrade link through support and, following numerous unproductive inquiries, received a non-functional link. My subsequent reply to the email resulted in another series of questions. The current state of this software suggests that the link should be publicly accessible.
Garmin need to issue a further update - urgently
I hope Tech Support are reading this thread
I have same issue . Firmware update crashed my neo 2t connection
I followed a suggestion from another thread I found…add a thin piece of steel to the crank to extend it ever so slightly and the issue went away. I was honestly blown away that this fix worked. I just used a thin piece of steel from the electrical section at Home Depot. No more rpm jumps…will hold me over till they fix this issue
So it sounds like they've just borked the sensitivity of the cadence sensor. Though I will admit even on 0.0.3x I still get wacky cadence jumping. I assume the Neo 3 has a better sensor placement?
