Hi All. I noticed yesterday that Wahoo has partnered with Zwift to enable the zwift cog to be used with Wahoo trainers and therefore virtual shifting. PLEASE can Garmin/Tacx do something similar? Will this every happen? Best Wishes Jon

I have the Zwift Click and Zwift Cog (and, for that matter, an Elite Rizer) working with my Neo v1 in Zwift right now, using the QZ app which forms a bridge between these devices and Zwift - and allows…
the Neo "1" subforum is removed as i see now , so that is totally unsupported. but the 2 series also unsupported since many many years. if there will be virtual shifting, only the 3M will get it, nothing…
I certanly can - qDomyos-Zwift runs on Android, iOS, Linux and MacOS, and was originally developed to allow Decathlon's Domyos treadmills to connect to Zwift, as they weren't supported by Zwift itself…
That is absolutly brilliant many thanks for the clarification. I will get over you Googlr play.
All the best

How do you pair the Zwift Click in QZ?
I am not being able to make it work. :-(
First of all, I think the Zwift Click firmware needs to be updated to 1.1.0. Then you would press a button on it to activate pairing mode since it shouldn't be paired with anything else at the same time. In QZ you go to Settings -> Accessories -> Zwift Devices and enable Zwift Click, and (from memory) maybe Refresh so the device shows up in the list. You also need to go to Tiles and enable the Gears tile so you can see it changing as you press the buttons on the Click. There's a video here, possibly for a slightly older version of QZ: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X3Q2WjbqMJo
If there's no Zwift Devices or Zwift Click, you might need to be running the beta version which the developer can give you access to.
Yes, did the whole process under guidance from the developer.
1.- Update Zwift Click firmware with Zwift companion app
2.- Install latest beta software (developer gave me access through the Facebook forum).
now it is working fine.
though I have to get it fully tested in a Zwift session … tomorrow.
Over the last few months, I reached out to Garmin via many media and no answer giving. I was told the usual "submit an idea". I did that.
When I then watched the EuroBike review of the "entry level" JetBlack Victory, my decision was then made.
As Garmin have shown no indication of releasing firmware, I made the decision to sell my Neo 2T with motion plates and I have since sold it.
I went ahead and bought the JetBlack Victory, before GP Lama released his production review.
The brand seems great and their previous trainers seem to be durable and reliable.
I am willing to take a €450 "risk" on this brand/product.
I hope for those that stayed with their Neo's, Garmin do release an update to enable some of the latest features other trainers now provide.
This is the developers website. It's a little clunky to set up, so far I've got the zwift play connected to the app with gear changes registering, and the app connected to zwift as a bridge to the Neo, but the resistance doesn't appear to be changing in the game itself to the virtual shifts. I don't expect Garmin to provide this as an official update, so third party workarounds or buying a different trainer are likely only options.
What does this news mean?
Zwift version 1.76 begins its phased rollout today.
(This release may seem a bit light – just a route badge and some bug fixes – but it’s worth mentioning that there are additional in-game changes and important updates from trainer companies rolling out in the near term (some this week!) that we can’t discuss yet since they are under embargo. Watch this space for news as it comes available…)
I’m going to buy the kickr and Zwift bike since Garmin doesn’t seem willing to support this feature. I’ll likely sell my neo2t which I spent as much on as it will cost me to buy and smart bike AND trainer. Stop ripping off customers Garmin. I’ve owned many of your products and your customer service sucks about as bad as your prices do.
